Download the Burn Permit Application (below) and fill out the blue shaded areas.  After completing the application choose one of the follow options:  Save as a file and then email the attached file to the Fire Department  at charles@cityofdeadwood.com or print out the form and return it to the Deadwood Fire Department at 737 Main Street, Deadwood.  If there are any questions please contact Charles or Sandy at (605) 578-1212.

Notice: This Burn Permit Application is for Residential Fire Pits.  If you have slash piles and/or burn piles, please contact the Fire Department.  If you have a short term rental, please contact the Fire Department.
