TAI CHI (Yoga Room/Park): Class not scheduled at this time, please check back.
CYCLING & CONDITIONING (Basement): Tuesday & Thursday - 6:00am-7:00am
PICKLEBALL (Gym): Please contact the front desk for the most updated information.
ZUMBA (Yoga Room): Tuesday - 5:30pm-6:30pm ♦ Thursday - 5:30pm-6:30pm
WET & WONDERFUL (Pool): Monday ♦ Wednesday ♦ Friday - 6:30am-7:30am
WATER AEROBICS (Pool): Monday ♦ Wednesday ♦ Friday - 8:00am-9:00am
*We also have exercise and kettle bell cd's available.
CLASSES W/FEES:
TAEKWONDO (Racquetball Room $40/month): Tuesday & Thursday: Lower belts - 5:00pm-6:00pm ♦ Upper Belts - 6:00pm-7:00pm

CHAIR YOGA: Chair yoga three Saturdays a month, 9:30 - 10:15 a.m., $10 for members, $12 for non-members and will be held in the racquetball court.
