Residential Programs

The Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission has developed numerous grant and loan programs to assist owners of residential properties within the National Historic Landmark with the restoration, rehabilitation and preservation which make up the historic neighborhoods. The Historic Preservation Office can assist you through the application, review and approval process associated with these programs.
