Get a Library Card

Library cards are free for Lawrence County residents.

Our short Library Card Sign-up form must be filled out IN PERSON at the Deadwood Library with the following required documents present:

1. State issued photo ID

AND

2. Proof of residency, including a current utility bill, bank statement, or property tax statement with applicant’s name and current physical address.

Out of county residents may get a library card for an annual fee of $25.
