Commercial Programs

The Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission has developed several programs to assist in the rehabilitation, preservation and restoration of historic commercial structures within the National Historic Landmark. These programs are incentives to business and property owners in maintaining the historic character of the exterior of the buildings as well as addressing life-safety issues and long term preservation strategies for the resource.
