Know What My Password/Pin Is

All Deadwood Library patrons are given a default password/pin when they sign-up for a library card.

-Your last name with all lowercase letters.

To change this password/pin:

Go to our website homepage: cityofdeadwood.com/library.

Click on “Access My Account.”

Log in by entering your library card number and password/pin (your last name with all lowercase letters).

Click the words “Welcome, [Your First & Last Name]” on the top right of the screen. 

-This will bring you to your Summary Page.

From the Summary Page, click on “Change Password” from the list on the left and fill in the form. To submit, click “Change Password” at the end of the form. The library will not have access to your new password.

If you forget your password, you may call the library and have it reset to the default password.
